A foundational practice to ground you in the basics
An expansive transmission for deeper psychic integration
These will be short. At most 20ish minutes. Re-playing them all month will help you to integrate it.
If you’re newer to this work, start with the foundational.
If you’re more advanced, revisit it with beginner’s mind, I’ve never not felt that to be valuable.
All content comes via audio, video, or PDF—aimed to be powerful but never overwhelming.

Each month includes one live energetic attunement.

Will there be homework?
Technically yes. Spiritually? More like sacred snack-sized prompts.
Each month you’ll get two short videos—one foundational, one expansive.
You can watch, journal, replay, or just stare at the wall while it integrates (that counts too).
If “homework” gives you hives, think of it more like soul study you actually want to do.

How long are the classes?
Live calls are around 60 minutes, with time for ritual, attunement, and energy Q&A.
Pre-recorded videos are 20 minutes or less—short enough to watch before your tea gets cold, but potent enough to rewire a belief system.
Do I need experience with energy work or psychic skills?
Nope. Bring your curiosity, your inner knowing, and maybe a notebook.
If you’ve never done this before, perfect. If you’ve been doing this forever, also perfect.
You’ll either build trust or build nuance—either way, your channel wins.
What if I fall behind?
This isn’t a race. This is a rhythm.
You can skip a month, binge a drop, rewatch later—your intuition is not on a schedule.
The content is yours for the whole season (and likely longer).
Is this a good fit for me if I’m sensitive / neurodivergent / easily overwhelmed?
Yes. The whole thing was designed by a neurodivergent human with a nervous system who understands that nervous systems exist.
