ABOUT ME
My charts—Human Design and astrology both— describe me as a clarity transmitter: I don't just understand confusion, I dissolve it.
I'm also wired to feel what others need before they can articulate it, sensing the emotional and energetic root of what someone is carrying as they speak.
I held the shadows of these gifts for a long time: the codependency, the tendency to absorb other people's energy as my own, the habit of giving my power away.
And because I've done that work myself, I'm not just qualified to guide people through it, I'm perfectly suited to. This isn't just a career I chose.
It's what I'm here to do.

MY CREDENTIALS
In 2001 I began studying with a teacher from Psychic Horizons (based in San Francisco) for 3 years, learning the energy healing I now use in my sessions and have taken ongoing classes from them for years.
I have a B.A. in Human Development and I also hold certificates in many modalities including Reiki, hypnosis and stone medicine.
I have done extensive work learning about healing the inner child, healing from narcissistic relationships and co-dependency. In 2021 I studied with Coaching for Self Leadership: An Introduction to Internal Family Systems.
I am a survivor of narcissitic abuse and relational trauma. This gave me the foundation to understand and empathize with my clients. Also, years of traditional talk therapy.

I currently live in Fort Collins, CO, which are the original homelands of the Hinono'eiteen (Arapaho), Tsétsėhéstȧhese (Cheyenne), Nʉmʉnʉʉ (Comanche), Caiugu (Kiowa), Čariks i Čariks (Pawnee), Sosonih (Shoshone), Oc'eti S'akowin (Lakota) and Núuchiu (Ute) Peoples.
I live with my husband, two teens and a slew of dogs and cats who at one point we fostered and then realized we can never foster again because if we can’t find homes for them, they stay with us!
I’m an Aquarius Sun, Pisces Rising and Libra Moon. I’m a Sacral Generator with a 2/4 profile in Human Design.
I spend most of time nerding out on healing modalities (learning more and doing them myself), spending time with my family, writing fiction and non-fiction, helping support the trans community, reading novels, doing the crossword and watching reality TV.
Natasha’s work was the missing piece for me in a long journey of therapy for childhood trauma. She was able to pick up on my complicated history while making me feel safe in such a vulnerable state. She helped me discover my own gift that I can use to thrive, not just survive. I came out of the session feeling hopeful and light. I highly recommend her, especially if you're feeling stuck.
